Engagement of Apprentices for Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 over East Central Railway.

ONLINE applications are invited from interested candidates for engagement of Act Apprentices for imparting training under the Apprentice Act 1961 in the designated trades at Divisions/Units in the jurisdiction of Southern Railway against 4471 slots. Applications complete in all respects should be submitted only ONLINE till 17:00 hrs of the closing date.

అర్హత: కనీసం 50 శాతం మార్కులతో 10, 12వ తరగతి, సంబంధిత ట్రేడులో ఐటీఐ ఉత్తీర్ణులై ఉండాలి.

వయోపరిమితి: 28.08.2026 నాటికి ఫ్రెషర్లు 15 నుంచి 22 ఏళ్లు. ఎక్స్-ఐటీఐ/ ఎంఎల్డీ అభ్యర్థులకు 15 నుంచి 24 సంవత్సరాల మధ్య ఉండాలి.

ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ: విద్యార్హత మార్కులు, రూల్ ఆఫ్ రిజర్వేషన్, డాక్యుమెంట్ వెరిఫికేషన్, వైద్య పరీక్షల ఆధారంగా.

దరఖాస్తు ఫీజు: రూ.100.

• రాత పరీక్షలు, ఇంటర్వ్యూ లేకుండ అభ్యర్థులు ఎంపికవుతారు.

RRC Southern Railway Act Apprentice 2026 Eligibility, Qualification: 

Candidates should possess passed 10th class examination or 10+2 its equivalent and National Trade Certificate (Relevant Trades).

AGE LIMIT (as on date of notification):

i) The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should NOT have completed 22/24 years for Freshers/Ex-ITI, MLT respectively. ii) The Upper age is relaxable upto 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 10 Years for Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD).

 a. Candidates who want to avail the benefit of reservation of SC/ST, must produce his/her Caste Certificate issued by appropriate authority at the time of Document Verification. Similarly the candidates, who want to avail the benefit of reservation of OBC, must produce OBC with Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued by appropriate authority valid for the current year and also Self-Declaration form regarding current status of Non-Creamy Layer at the time of Document Verification. Otherwise they will be considered as ‘UR’ only, with age limit pertaining to UR

b. Candidates who want to avail the benefit of reservation must produce a Disability certificate issued by Competent Authority (i.e Medical Board constituted by the Central or State Government). The disability of the candidates should not be less than 40%.

• Candidates are required to apply RRC Eastern Railway ONLINE Application for Apprentice 2026-27 only depending on their eligibility which is governed by the ITI Trade & type of disability etc. 
• More than one Application will lead to summary rejection of all the applications.
• Modification of Application: Kindly ensure that the application is filled in correctly.
• No physical copy of the application is required to be sent to RRC.
