Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit (as of July 01, 2026)

• Graduate Engineer (Grade A): B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Maximum age: 26 years
• Officer - Marketing (Grade A): 2-year full-time MBA/PGDBA (Marketing specialization) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Maximum age: 28 years.
• Law Officer (Grade A): LLB degree with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) and 2 years relevant experience. Maximum age: 30 years
• Assistant Quality Control Officer (Grade A0): M.Sc. in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) and 2 years testing/R&D experience. Maximum age: 30 years.
• Diploma Engineer (Grade E0): 3-year Diploma in Engineering with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST). Maximum age: 26 years (Note: Higher professional degrees like B.E./B.Tech/MBA/CA are not eligible for Grade E0).

Salary & CTC Details

• Grade A: Basic ₹50,000/- (Pay Scale ₹50,000 - ₹1,60,000) | Approx. CTC: ₹18.4 Lakhs p.a.
• Grade A0: Basic ₹40,000/- (Pay Scale ₹40,000 - ₹1,40,000) | Approx. CTC: ₹14.8 Lakhs p.a.
• Grade E0: Basic ₹30,000/- (Pay Scale ₹30,000 - ₹1,20,000) | Approx. CTC: ₹11.1 Lakhs p.a.

Selection Process

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 Objective Questions comprising General Aptitude (50 marks) and Domain Knowledge (50 marks). Negative marking of 0.25 marks per wrong answer.
2. Group Discussion (GD) & Group Task (GT)
3. Personal Interview (PI)
