Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the posts of Senior Residents in Andhra Pradesh Medical Education Services through walk-in interview in the following specialties to work in New Government Medical Colleges (Vizianagaram, Rajamahendravaram, Eluru, Machilipatnam, Nandyl, Paderu, Markapur, Madanapalli, Adoni & Pulivendula) under the Directorate of Medical Education, A.P

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం, డైరెక్టరేట్ ఆఫ్ మెడికల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ ఏపీ డీఎంఈ పరిధిలో కొత్తగా ఏర్పాటైన ప్రభుత్వ వైద్య వైద్య కళాశాలల్లోని (విజయనగరం, రాజమహేంద్రవరం, ఏలూరు, మచిలీపట్నం, నంద్యాల, పాడేరు, మార్కాపురం, ఆదోని, మదనపల్లి, పులివెందుల) 21 స్పెషాలిటీల్లో మొత్తం 480 సీనియర్ రెసిడెంట్ ఖాళీల భర్తీకి నియామక ప్రకటన వెలువడింది. మెడికల్ పోస్టు గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ ఉత్తీర్ణులైన అభ్యర్థులు 08 పోస్టులకు ఆన్లైన్లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.
సీనియర్ రెసిడెంట్: 480 పోస్టులు
స్పెషాలిటీలు: అనాటమీ,ఫిజియాలజీ, పాథాలజీ, బయోకెమిస్ట్రీ, ఫార్మకాలజీ, మైక్రోబయాలజీ, ఫోరెన్సిక్ మెడిసిన్, కమ్యూనిటీ మెడిసిన్, జనరల్ మెడిసిన్, పీడియాట్రిక్స్, రెస్పిరేటరీ మెడిసిన్, డీవీఎల్, సైకియాట్రీ, జనరల్ సర్జరీ, ఆర్థోపెడిక్స్, ఓటోరినోలారింగాలజీ, ఆప్తల్మాలజీ, ఓబీజీ, అనెస్తీషియాలజీ, రేడియోడయాగ్నోసిస్, ఎమర్జెన్సీ మెడిసిన్.
అర్హత: మెడికల్ పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ డిగ్రీ (ఎండీ/ ఎంఎస్/ డీఎన్బీ) ఉత్తీర్ణులై ఉండాలి.
వయోపరిమితి: 44 ఏళ్లు మించకూడదు.
జీత భత్యాలు: నెలకు రూ.70,000 ఉంటుంది.
పదవీకాలం: ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులు ఏడాది పని చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ: పోస్టు గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ ఫైనల్ ఎగ్జామ్ మెరిట్, రూల్ ఆఫ్ రిజర్వేషన్, డాక్యుమెంట్ వెరిఫికేషన్ తదితరాల ఆధారంగా.
దరఖాస్తు ఫీజు: ఓసీ అభ్యర్థులు రూ.500, బీసీ, ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ అభ్యర్థులకు రూ.250.

For Department of Emergency Medicine, in absence of qualified persons, the Post Graduates of the following departments are also eligible to apply as per NMC guidelines: General Medicine Anesthesia Respiratory Medicine General Surgery Orthopedics |
*DNB in Broad Specialties granted by a Medical Institution with a attached Hospital or in a Hospital with a strength of 500 or more beds granted by National Board of Examination are only eligible as per Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022.

Age: : The Post Graduate must be below or 44 years of age at the time of initial appointment.
Tenure:
- The post of Senior Residents are tenured positions for 1 year only.
- Selected candidates are to compulsorily complete one year period.
Eligibility to apply:
- Candidates who have a Post Graduate Medical degree (MD/MS/DNB) from Medical College / Institution recognized by NMC/MCI and having A.P State Medical Council
- Non-Local candidates with AP Medical / Dental Council Registration are eligible for Senior Residency if local candidates are not available.
(NOTE: Local Candidature: - A candidate studied at least 4 years from 4th to 10th in AP. In case of study of 4th to 10th in Telangana and migrated to AP after bifurcation, then certificate from the revenue authorities to that effect as per G.O.Ms.No.132 & 133 GA (SPF&MC) Dept. 13.06.2016 (proof of local candidate)

Selection Process:
- The merit scored in Post-Graduation exam (including theory & practical) will be the criteria for preparing merit list & further giving postings as Senior Residents duly following rule of reservation (RoR).
- Rule of Reservation will be followed.
- In case of more than one candidate is having the same marks, Date of Birth will be taken into consideration and elder person will be given first preference.
- The selection committee also reserves its rights to alter or modify regarding conditions laid down in the notification for final selection and also posts notified.
