ఐడీబీఐ బ్యాంకులో 600 అసిస్టెంట్ మేనేజర్ పోస్టులు

ఐడీబీఐ 600 అసిస్టెంట్ మేనేజర్ భర్తీ ప్రక్రియ చేపట్టింది. ఈ మేరకు నోటిఫికేషన్ వెలువడింది. మణిపాల్ (బెంగళూరు), నిట్టే (గ్రేటర్ నోయిడా) విద్యాసంస్థలతో కలిసి పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ డిప్లొమా ఇన్ బ్యాంకింగ్ అండ్ ఫైనాన్స్ (పీజీడీబీఎఫ్) కోర్సు ద్వారా ఇండస్ట్రియల్ డెవలప్మెంట్ బ్యాంక్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా (ఐడీబీఐ) ఈ పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేయనుంది. ఎంపికైన వారికి బ్యాంకింగ్ అండ్ ఫైనాన్స్ విభాగంలో ఏడాది (6 నెలలు తరగతి పాఠాలు, 2 నెలలు ఇంటర్న్షిప్, 4 నెలలు ఆన్ జాబ్ ట్రైనింగ్) పాటు పీజీడీబీఎఫ్ లో శిక్షణ ఇస్తారు. కోర్సు విజయవంతంగా పూర్తి చేసుకున్నవారికి పీజీడీబీఎఫ్ సర్టిఫికేట్తో పాటు జునియర్ అసిస్టెంట్ మేనేజర్ (గ్రేడ్-ఓ) ఉద్యోగం లభిస్తుంది.

జూనియర్ అసిస్టెంట్ మేనేజర్ (గ్రేడ్-ఓ): 600 పోస్టులు (యూఆర్- 243, ఎస్సీ- 90, ఎస్టీ- 45, ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్- 60, ఓబీసీ- 162)

అర్హత: ఏదైనా గుర్తింపు పొందిన విశ్వవిద్యాలయం నుంచి డిగ్రీ ఉత్తీర్ణుత సాధించాలి. వయసు 31/08/2023 నాటికి 21 నుంచి 25 ఏళ్ల మధ్య ఉండాలి. ఎస్సీ/ ఎస్టీలకు ఐదేళ్లు, ఓబీసీలకు మూడేళ్లు, దివ్యాంగులకు పదేళ్లు గరిష్ఠ వయసులో సడలింపు ఇస్తారు.

ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ: అర్హులైన అభ్యర్థులకు ఆన్లైన్ టెస్ట్ నిర్వహిస్తారు. ప్రతిభ కనబర్చిన వారు పర్సనల్ ఇంటర్వ్యూలకు అర్హత సాధిస్తారు. అందులో ప్రతిభ, ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలన, వైద్య పరీక్షల ఆధారంగా తుది ఎంపికలు చేపడతారు.

దరఖాస్తు విధానం: అభ్యర్థులు ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి. ఎస్సీ/ ఎస్టీ/ పీడబ్ల్యూడీ అభ్యర్థులు రూ.200, ఇతరులు రూ.1000 చెల్లించాలి.

తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో పరీక్షా కేంద్రాలు: విజయవాడ, విశాఖపట్నం, చీరాల, చిత్తూరు, ఏలూరు, గుంటూరు, కడప, కాకినాడ, కర్నూలు, నెల్లూరు, ఒంగోలు, రాజమండ్రి, శ్రీకాకుళం, తిరుపతి, విజయనగరం, హైదరాబాద్, కరీంనగర్, ఖమ్మం, వరంగల్.

రాత పరీక్ష: పరీక్షను మొత్తం 200 మార్కులకు నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఇందులో నాలుగు విభాగాలు.. లాజికల్ రీజనింగ్, డేటా అనాలసిస్, ఇంటర్ ప్రిటేషన్ (60 ప్రశ్నలు, 60 మార్కులు), ఇంగ్లిష్ లాంగ్వేజ్ (40 ప్రశ్నలు, 40 మార్కులు), క్వాంటిటేటివ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్ (40 ప్రశ్నలు, 40 మార్కులు), జనరల్/ ఎకానమీ/ బ్యాంకింగ్ అవేర్నెస్ (60 ప్రశ్నలు, 60 మార్కులు) అంశాల నుంచి మొత్తం 200 ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి. సమయం రెండు గంటలు ఉంటుంది. పరీక్షలో రుణాత్మక మార్కులుంటాయి. తప్పుగా గుర్తించిన ప్రతి సమాధానానికి 0.25 మార్కు చొప్పున కోత విధిస్తారు.

శిక్షణ, ఫీజు వివరాలు: ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులను ఏడాదిపాటు పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ డిప్లొమా ఇన్ బ్యాంకింగ్ అండ్ ఫైనాన్స్ (పీజీడీబీఎఫ్) కోర్సులో చేరుస్తారు. ఆ సమయంలో అభ్యర్థులు కోర్సు ఫీజు కింద రూ.3,00,000 చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. బ్యాంకు నిర్దేశించిన విధంగా విడతల వారీగా ఫీజు కట్టే వెసులుబాటు ఉంది. అర్హుత గల అభ్యర్థులకు ఐడీబీఐ బ్యాంకు విద్యారుణం సైతం మంజూరు చేస్తుంది. కోర్సులో చేరేటప్పుడు అభ్యర్థులు మూడేళ్లు సర్వీస్ బాండ్ సమర్పించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

జీతభత్యాలు: ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు శిక్షణ కాలం (6 నెలలు)లో నెలకు రూ.5000 ఇస్తారు. ఇంటర్న్షిప్ (2 నెలలు) సమయంలో నెలకు రూ.15 వేలు చెల్లిస్తారు. విజయవంతంగా శిక్షణ పూర్తి చేసుకుని ఉద్యోగంలో చేరినవారికి రూ.6.14 నుంచి రూ.6.50 లక్షల వరకు వార్షిక వేతనం అందుతుంది.

ఆన్లైన్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్/ ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తు ప్రారంభం : 15-09-2023.

ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తు సమర్పణకు చివరి తేదీ : 30.09.2023.

ఫీజు చెల్లింపు చివరి తేదీ : 30.09.2023.

ఆన్లైన్ పరీక్ష తేదీ: 20-10-2023.

IDBI Bank Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:

The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Fitness of the candidates after PRMT would be based on the prevailing guidelines of the Bank.

The above mentioned selection process are indicative and Bank is at liberty to alter/ amend/ modify the same at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The structure of the OT is as follows:

1. The above tests except the tests of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
2. Candidates have to qualify in each of the four tests/sections, by securing cut-off marks as decided by the
3. Penalty for Wrong Answers - For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
4. Candidates qualifying in OT will form the pool of shortlisted candidates and will be eligible for further selection Such candidates will be called on the basis of higher order of marks and age within their respective category, subject to availability of vacancies in the respective category and /or at the discretion of the Bank.
5. The category wise merit/wait list of the candidates will be prepared as per the following formula: Final Score = 3/4 of Online Test Score +1/4 of Interview Score
6. The final selection or offer of employment would be made based on category wise final marks obtained in the Selection Processes, being found medically fit and subject to fulfillment of all other eligibility criteria as stipulated in the time.

IDBI Bank Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023 Application Procedure:

Only one application should be submitted by the candidate. In case of multiple applications only the latest valid (complete) application will be accepted and the application fee / intimation charges paid for the multiple registration(s) will stand forfeited. Multiple attendance / appearances  in  the  OT/  PI/  DV/  PRMT  will  be  summarily  rejected  and candidature shall stand cancelled.

(ii) Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Category, Date of Birth, Address, Mobile Number, Email-id, Centre of Examination etc. will be considered as final and no change/modifications will be allowed after submission of the online application form. Candidates are hence advised to fill in the online application form with the utmost care as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained.

(iii) Please note that change in category will not be permitted at any stage after submission of the online application and the result will be processed considering the category which has been indicated in the online application, subject to guidelines of the Government of India in this regard. For candidates belonging to a particular category, if applying in another category, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected and any claim / request in this regards will not be accepted/entertained by the Bank. Therefore, candidates are advised to exercise utmost caution while selecting their category.

(iv) Candidates to visit the Bank’s website www.idbibank.in and click on the “CAREERS/CURRENT OPENINGS” to open the link “Recruitment of Assistant Manager- 2023-24 ” and then click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.

(v) To register, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number (the same should be quoted for all future communications) and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.

(vi) In case the candidate is unable to complete the Application Form in one go, he/ she can save the data already entered by choosing “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Prior to final submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to check and /or verify the details in the online application form and modify the same, if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.

(vii) Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no rectification will be possible/ entertained after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON.

(viii) The Name of the candidate or his /her Father/ Husband etc. should be spelt correctly and should be similar in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark sheets/ ID Proofs. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidate.

(ix) Candidates are advised to validate their details and save the application by clicking the “Validate your details” and “Save & Next” button.

(x) Candidates can proceed to upload Photo, Signature, Thumb impression and Hand-written declaration as given under guidelines at (Annexure I).

(xi) Candidates can proceed to fill other details of the Application Form.

(xii) Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON.

(xiii) Modify details, if required, and click on “COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON.” Only after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature, declarations uploaded and other details filled by you are correct.

(xiv) Click on “Payment” Tab and proceed for payment.

(xv) Choose  the  Payment  Mode  ONLINE  and  click  on  “Submit”  button.  NO CHANGE IS PERMITTED IN PAYMENT MODE ONCE CHOSEN.
