APSS – KGBV – Filling up of vacant teaching posts in all KGBVs across the State – Merit lists @ 1:3 per post - Communicated – Reg

In continuation to this office proceedings 4th read above, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-officio, Project Coordinator, SS and Additional Project Coordinators in the State are informed that a time-line has already been communicated to them and also requested to call  for the grievances on the tentative merit, which was placed at online web- portal www.apcfss.kgbv.in and submit the physical and online grievances to this office on or before 17.06.2023, for generation of final merit list.

Further, they are informed that after resolving the eligible grievances, the final merit lists for conduct of certificate verification, conduct of skill test to all category of posts @ 1:3 has been prepared. The district wise, category wise, roster wise shortlist merit lists are furnished herewith.

The District Educational Officers & Ex-officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators further informed that all the shortlists prepared@ 1:3 are purely on the basis of marks entered  by  the individuals only. Hence, there is a feasibility of entering of higher marks than the existing, false claiming of age relaxation, local status, experience, caste, may be occurred.

Hence, they are requested to take up the certificate verification with the experienced officers and make keen observation of all credentials entered by the individuals and ensure that no one eligible candidate should forego her right because of wrong credentials entered by the ineligible candidates.

Therefore, they are requested to follow all the  given  guidelines  / norms issued from this office from time to time in r/o of conduct of certificate verification and skill test and furnish the  details  of  the candidates selected by 28-06-2023 to this official without fail.
