Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on July 1, 2026)

• General (OC / EWS): 18 to 42 years

• SC / ST / BC: Upper age limit is relaxed up to 47 years

• PwBD: Upper age limit is relaxed up to 52 years

Candidates must possess a regular degree from a UGC/AICTE-recognized university as on the notification date:

• AEE (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

• AEE (Telecom): Degree in Telecommunications / Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering.

• AEE (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering.

Salary Structure & Facilities

Selected candidates will be on probation for 2 years (within a continuous 3-year window).

• Stipend During Probation: Rs. 75,000/- per month (Consolidated).

• Regular Scale of Pay: Post-probation, candidates enter the time scale of Rs. 86,245 – Rs. 2,08,915 (RPS-2022) plus monthly allowances.
