లైఫ్ ఇన్సూరెన్స్ కార్పొరేషన్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా.దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న ఎల్ఐసీ కార్యాలయాల్లో గల ప్రాతిపదికన అప్రెంటిస్ డెవలప్మెంట్ ఆఫీసర్ (ఏడీఓ) పోస్టుల భర్తీకి జోన్ల వారీగా నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసింది. హైదరాబాద్ ప్రధాన కేంద్రంగా ఉన్న దక్షిణ మధ్య జోనల్ కార్యాలయం పరిధిలోని వివిధ డివిజనల్ కార్యాలయాల్లో 1408 ఏడీఓ ఖాళీలున్నాయి. ఏదైనా విభాగంలో డిగ్రీ పూర్తిచేసిన అభ్యర్థులతో పాటు ఎల్ఐసీ ఉద్యోగులు, ఏజెంట్లు ఈ పోస్టులకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవడానికి అర్హులు. అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తు ఫీజుగా రూ.750 చెల్లించి.. జనవరి 21 నుంచి ఫిబ్రవరి 2 వరకు ఆన్లైన్ విధానంలో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ అభ్యర్థులు రూ.100 చెల్లిస్తే సరిపోతుంది.

అర్హత: ఏదైనా విభాగంలో బ్యాచిలర్స్ డిగ్రీ లేదా ముంబయిలోని ఇన్సూరెన్స్ ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా ఫెలోషిప్ ఉన్నా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. లైఫ్ ఇన్సూరెన్స్ ఇండస్ట్రీ లేదా ఫైనాన్స్ ప్రొడక్ట్స్ మార్కెటింగ్ విభాగంలో కనీసం రెండేళ్లు పని అనుభవం ఉన్నవారికి ప్రాధాన్యం ఉంటుంది.
వయోపరిమితి: 01.01.2023 నాటికి 21 నుంచి 30 సంవత్సరాల మధ్య ఉండాలి. ఓబీసీలకు మూడేళ్లు, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ అభ్యర్థులకు ఐదేళ్ల సడలింపు ఉంటుంది. జీత భత్యాలు: ఏడీఓగా ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు అప్రెంటిస్ సమయంలో నెలకు రూ.51,500 స్టైపెండ్ గా చెల్లిస్తారు. తదనంతరం ప్రొబేషనరీ డెవలప్మెంట్ ఆఫీసర్గా నెలకు 35650 - రూ.90205 వేతనం ఉంటుంది. దీనికి ఇతర భత్యాలు అదనం.
ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ: ఆన్లైన్ పరీక్షలు (ప్రిలిమినరీ, మెయిన్ ఎగ్జామినేషన్), ఇంటర్వ్యూ, ప్రీ-రిక్రూట్మెంట్ మెడికల్ ఎగ్జామినేషన్ ఆధారంగా ఎంపిక చేస్తారు.
పరీక్ష విధానం: ప్రిలిమ్స్ రీజనింగ్ ఎబిలిటీ, న్యూమెరికల్ ఎబిలిటీ, ఇంగ్లిష్ లాంగ్వేజ్ సబ్జెక్టుల నుంచి 100 ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటాయి. పరీక్ష సమయం ఒక గంట. మెయిన్స్లో రీజనింగ్ ఎబిలిటీ అండ్ న్యూమెరికల్ ఎబిలిటీ, జీకే, కరెంట్ అఫైర్స్, ఇంగ్లిష్ లాంగ్వేజ్, ఇన్సూరెన్స్ అండ్ ఫైనాన్షియల్ మార్కెటింగ్ అవేర్నెస్ తదితర సబ్జెక్టుల్లో 160 ప్రశ్నలు అడుగుతారు. పరీక్ష సమయం రెండు గంటలు.

HOW TO APPLY:
Application can be submitted online only at www.indiapostgdsonline.in. Applications received from any other mode shall not be entertained. Brief instructions for registration, payment of fee, documents to be uploaded with application, selection of posts etc. are given in Annexure-V.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- The applicants will be shortlisted for engagement on the basis of a system generated merit list.
- The Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained/ conversion of Grades/Points to marks (as explained in sub paras- iii to ix below) in Secondary School Examination of 10th standard of approved
- Boards aggregated to percentage to the accuracy of 4 decimals. Passing of all the subjects as per the respective approved board norms is mandatory.
- For applicants where their Secondary School Examination of 10th standard mark sheet have marks or marks and Grade/Points both, only their total marks will be worked out by taking into account the marks obtained in all compulsory and elective/optional subjects (other than extra subjects, if any). This will ensure that applicant with higher marks get selected.

applying the multiplying factor of 9.5 in the following manner:-
- In case of the marks lists containing the Grades/ Points, marks will be reckoned by taking conversion of Grades and points with the multiplication factor (9.5) against the maximum points or grade as 100.
- Where Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is also provided, the marks will be arrived at by multiplying the CGPA by 9.5. Where individual grades in each subject as well as CGPA is given, the higher of the two marks will be taken.
Applicants having both marks and grades in the marks sheet have to apply with marks only. In case any applicant applies with grades instead of marks, his/her application will be liable for disqualification.
In case of tie amongst applicants, the merit would be decided on the basis of following priority order:-
- “DOB (Older in age), ST trans-woman, ST female, SC trans-woman, SC female, OBC trans-woman, OBC female, EWS trans-woman, EWS female, UR trans-woman, UR female, ST trans-male, ST Male, SC trans-male, SC Male, OBC trans-male, OBC male, EWS trans-male, EWS male, UR trans-male, UR male”.
- Applications submitted without complete data will be rejected. In case an applicant uploads wrong documents/information and unnecessary documents, his/her candidature will be rejected.
- At the time of verification of documents upon shortlisting of an applicant if the data/marks fed in the Portal are found mismatched with original documents, his/her candidature will be rejected even if there is small spelling error in name of applicant, father/mother name etc.
- Shortlisted applicants will have to submit an undertaking in the format annexed as Annexure-VI, regarding liability in case of furnishing fake/incorrect information/details in the form.
